Privacy and cookies
This policy describes how the personal data of visitors to the PhysioSport website, and of people who contact Yves Zlatanov, is handled, in the context of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.
Who handles your personal data
The data controller is Yves Zlatanov, the physiotherapist behind PhysioSport.
For any question about your personal data, you can contact him at zlatanovy@gmail.com or on +359 879 007 828.
What personal data is collected
The site requires no sign-up and creates no user accounts. Only the data you choose to provide is processed when you get in touch by phone, email or WhatsApp: your name, phone number or email address, neighbourhood in Sofia and a short description of your enquiry.
When you visit the site, the hosting provider may automatically record technical data in server logs — for example your IP address, the date and time of the request and your browser type.
Contact forms and enquiries
The enquiry form on the site does not send or store any data on a server. It only prepares a message in the email app on your device — you decide whether and when to send it.
Please don't send detailed information about your health by email or WhatsApp. It is discussed in person during the visit.
Purposes and legal bases
Answering your enquiry, arranging a visit and providing the treatment — on the basis of steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation).
Keeping the site available and secure through server logs — on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
Complying with legal obligations, where applicable — on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The site uses no cookies or other technologies for analytics, advertising or tracking. Fonts and video are served by the site itself, with no outside services. If such tools are added in the future, they will load only after your explicit consent, which you will be able to change or withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the site.
How long personal data is kept
Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was provided for: answering your enquiry, arranging and providing the visits, and complying with applicable legal obligations. It is then deleted.
Server logs are kept by the hosting provider according to its own rules.
Recipients and processors
Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Your messages are carried and stored by the service you choose: Google (Gmail) for email or WhatsApp (Meta) for a WhatsApp message, as well as by your own email or mobile provider.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which processes the technical data in server logs on the controller's behalf.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case, the transfer takes place under the safeguards they apply in accordance with the Regulation.
Security of personal data
The site is built to collect as little data as possible: there are no user accounts, no form that sends data to a server and no outside tracking tools.
Reasonable measures are taken to limit access to the messages received. Even so, no transfer of data over the internet can be completely secure.
Your rights
Under the Regulation, you have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data rectified, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise your rights, email zlatanovy@gmail.com. You will receive a reply within the time limit set by Article 12 of the Regulation — as a rule, within one month.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP): 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
Changes to this privacy policy
This policy may be updated — for example if the way of working changes or if new services are added to the site. The current version is always published on this page, and the date of the last change is shown at the top.
